You will feel right at home in this clean, brand new condo, beautifully furnished, one-level unit (non-smoking). It is located in a quiet complex on the Lake and bike path, just a short walk to Frisco's Main Street with both lake and mountain views. Walk to all the wonderful amenities of Frisco including restaurants and shops. Lake Dillon's Frisco Marina is also just a few blocks away.

Its great central location is only ten minutes drive to the ski areas of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. The Silverthorne Outlet Malls are also only a couple of miles away for the shoppers. The free Summit Stage (bus service) has a stop two blocks away for those times you don't want the hassle of driving.

If you enjoy biking, hiking, or running the trail is outside our condo door. Bike to breakfast in one of the adjoining towns. You can also enjoy many, beautiful hiking trails nearby or just sit by the tranquil lake in our gazebo or two hot tubs just feet from your doorstep.

Bring your swimwear to use one of our two hot tubs with incredible mountain and lake views. Remember summer lake activities like sailing, pontoon boats, kayaking or just sunsets at the marina.
