Our 2700 sq. ft. townhome is ideal for couples or families. We are centrally located to the nearby ski areas, bike and cross-country paths, shopping, and I-70. The nearby clubhouse has a hot tub, pool and internet access for laptops.

This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit that sleeps 10 people. It has 1 king bed, 2 twins, 2 queens, and 1 queen sofa sleeper. It has a full kitchen, cable television, VCR, phone, wood burning fireplace, stereo, jetted tub, and a wrap around deck.  
 Adjacent to it is a bathroom with shower, and the hot tub room, with our own spa.

The living room/kitchen area is a great area for sitting by the fire, watching tv, playing games or reading a book. The last of our three decks is off of the living room, and has the gas grill. We have a separate dining room and kitchen stools for additional seating.
It is non-smoking and has nice views.
